Oleolíber we are a group of people committed to organic farming and the principles of ecology. We bring to our day to day life the awareness of being living beings that inhabit an environment that must be respected and cared for. And we carry this ecological principle from the work in our fields to our personal relationships and way of life, always prioritizing respect for nature.
How do we experience organic farming?
Organic farming for us implies:
- Unite the relationship with the land and the knowledge of nature that our ancestors had, with the desire to always be in a continuous improvement of production, thanks to advances in technical means of work, respecting the environment.

- It is a healthy product, since in its preparation we have not used chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
- It is a natural food, because it is made in a relationship of total respect with the land, flora and fauna.
- It is a product of extraordinary quality since the treatment and care of a biological product is incomparable with the treatments of industrial agricultural products.
