Empeltre extra virgin olive oil
It is characterized by being soft, with a color that goes from golden yellow to old gold, with soft green reflections. Fruity at the beginning of the campaign, becoming sweeter and more delicate as it progresses. Cold extracted, its smooth and pure flavor makes it ideal for everyday cooking, allowing it to be discreetly combined with different foods, without imposing itself, but without going unnoticed. The term empeltre is related to the Aragonese word "empeltar", whose meaning is "to graft". This variety has a very low rooting capacity. For this reason, grafting was used as a propagation method.
